Chad Thibodeaux
Director / Owner
Chad Thibodeaux is an accomplished professional with a passion for education and a career dedicated to innovation. He earned an Engineering degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from Baylor University. With a career rooted in providing automation solutions for the logistics industry, Chad expanded his focus in 2023 by founding a tutoring business, inspired by his belief in the transformative power of education.
His passion for tutoring stems from a pivotal experience in his childhood. As an elementary school student, Chad struggled with math until his mother arranged for him to work with a tutor. Over just two weekend sessions, the tutor helped him build confidence and a deep understanding of math, forever changing his academic path. That single experience laid the foundation for his future success, eventually leading him to graduate with honors in engineering.
As a father to two boys who share his enthusiasm for learning, Chad is committed to fostering curiosity and growth in the next generation. He believes that education and knowledge form the foundation for life’s journey. Whether teaching, mentoring, or leading, Chad continuously seeks to expand his own knowledge and empower others to succeed.
